    HI John I would have liked to see the colour version as well so that I could have then decided which one I liked best.

      Sorry Margaret. I just put the b+w ones on to be a bit different, having not really 'done' b+w photos before, but I assure you that they looked better this way :)

    There's a quality to monochrome photographs that you just can't get with colour. I think it's all about tonal values. I don't see how these pictures could be improved!
