Red-Winged Hawks, Hummingbirds and Stellar Jays, my favorite. And a few others, so I am delighted to see your photographs.loverofwordshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05763349886822924646noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2142825947393690787.post-11769440843470229032014-06-15T19:35:40.532+01:002014-06-15T19:35:40.532+01:00I think as Frank said, the birds seem to be using ...I think as Frank said, the birds seem to be using bird feeders more than finding 'natural' food. With us feeding them they have had a good year, maybe it would be different if we weren't?
JJohnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14873306254026879892noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2142825947393690787.post-16633145914791449622014-06-13T22:37:25.079+01:002014-06-13T22:37:25.079+01:00Actually John I have noticed that the Blue Tits ar...Actually John I have noticed that the Blue Tits around my feeders seem to have doubled their activities recently. It's costing a fortune to keep topping up all the food! Luckily for the birds around me, I keep my feeders well stocked!
JJohnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14873306254026879892noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2142825947393690787.post-56522257005818274622014-06-13T09:48:22.761+01:002014-06-13T09:48:22.761+01:00Greaat to see the young birds and they are looking...Greaat to see the young birds and they are looking good. Lack of large juicy caterpillars seems to have been the problem here hence the constant visits to the feeders to help the youngsters fledge.FABhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16185823702988992159noreply@blogger.com
