It was a gorgeous day in the garden today, perfect blue skies with just a `nip` in the air. This time of year is my favourite, with falling leaves giving that aroma of bonfire nights and misspent youth.
There is still a lot of insect activity in the sunshine with these being a few of many winged insects seen.

My favourite time of year too! Great pictures as usual!

Nice shots of the butterflies. They make a sunny day even sunnier.
ReplyDeleteButterflies and birds bring lots of interest and colour to suburban gardens like mine.
ReplyDeleteI think I will buy another birdhouse, the last one rotted!
Thanks `Beyond`, the problem this year has, there hasn`t been that many sunny days lately!

I agree bazza. We have got 5 bird boxes, a bug box, a bee log, a bat box and a hedgehog house in our fairly averaged size garden, a few of which are even homemade!
