Hi John, what a delightful looking chap. Gulls are already so entertaining and beautiful and your captures show off a bit of personality going on. Have a great weekend~
Thanks Mary, I always thin Gulls are under rated birds. They are always doing something interesting and their subtle plumage differences are beautiful! You too! J
That's quite a mouth he's got. No wonder they can make all that noise in a group. lol Although I have trouble with a lot of gull ID's, I still love them. Great birds.
Dear John, interesting: I knew that one starts to yawn if a person in our presence yawns - but your funny seagull played the trick as well! The red is great in contrast to white and soft grey.

Hi Keith,
DeleteIt certainly is no wonder that they make such a racket, is it! :)
Gulls aren't easy, but it's fun to have a go!
J
Amusing shots John.
ReplyDeleteThey are very underrated birds and make lovely subjects for photos.
You were obviously boring him.{:)))
Thanks Roy,
DeleteI agree, especially in full adult plumage, I don't think you can get much better!
I hope I wasn't, too much ;)

He does look a bit tired John. Maybe he's got a Girlfriend In A Coma?

Hi Britta,
DeleteI must admit, I hadn't noticed that until you mentioned it! Now, I am going to have a lie down!
J
Common they may be but always offer some interesting poses. Super close ups John.

DeleteThank you. Common, but beautiful.
