It's funny what we remember from our childhood, isn't it? A bird that we nearly lost in the early twentieth century, but thankfully was saved and from that the RSPB was formed! J
Hi John. I have been not too far from you this weekend, in Letchworth and Huntigdon (post coming!). Didn't (knowingly) see the Great Crested Grebe though. I love the sense of calm evening sunlight in these pictures. All the best for the New Year John!
