What a sweet bird.
They have a very shrill song, totally unlike the lovely fluting of a blackcap!
The Blackcap does have a lovely song, but there is something special about the Sedges' song that I can't quite put my finger on!?J

'Singing', not 'Single' Bazza, although he probably was at the time and was singing for a mate as well as advertising that he was on territory.J
