The world didn't end this morning at 11.11, so to celebrate, here are some more photos of the Waxwings from Tuesday. I hope you are not getting tired of Waxwing photos, because there may be more.
No, not tiring of them yet mate! They were back in Carron Drive today (30+) feeding on apples and berries in a garden - I wasn't even looking for them today which says how rife they are right now!
Thanks Dan, Yes, they seem to be everywhere at the moment, with several flocks around the Peterborough area. How long are they going to stay, I wonder?! J

Never tired of these John. Excellent.
ReplyDeleteAs for the time, I thought it would be 21:12. However, I heard from someone in Australia today, so I guess the whole thing was wrong. lol
Thanks Keith,
DeleteI heard on the radio that it was supposed to be 11.11, but as that turned out to be wrong, maybe no-one really knew!

ReplyDeleteI enjoyed the Fallow Deer post too.

Hi John,
ReplyDeleteYes indeed, apparently we are still here and that's very good. That way, I get to marvel at those outstanding photos.
Have a peaceful, positive weekend, my friend.
Gary
Thank you Gary, my friend.
DeleteI hope your weekend is full of positive energy.

A lovely series of close shots John. They certainly like their apples.
ReplyDeleteThanks John,
DeleteYes, they were tucking into them, much to the annoyance of a resident Blackbird.
